Modifying the collection of official publishing fees in Iraq- Baghdad

Starting on April 4th,2024, the Trademark Registrar decided to amend the procedures for paying the official fees for trademarks, so that the publication fees will be paid along with the fees for applying upon filing stage, even if the POA is not submitted with the filing application, the trademark will be published after the legalized POA is submitted.
