+) List of goods orservices to be protected and, preferably, their international classification(s);
+) Original notarized and legalized Declaration of Ownershipfrom Myanmar Embassy or Consulate;
+) Originalnotarized and legalized Power of Attorney from Myanmar Embassy or Consulate.

2. Required documentsfor Renewal:

(Registered Trademark needs to renew everythree years)

+) Original notarized and legalized Powerof Attorney;
+) Originalnotarized and legalized Declaration of Ownership.

3. Required documentsfor Recodal of assignment:

+) Original notarized and legalized Powerof Attorney from the Assignor and the Assignee;
+) Notarized andlegalized Declaration of Assignment.
